Barcode Art

Since their invention in the 20th century, barcodes have slowly become an essential part of modern civilization. Their use is widespread, and the technology behind barcodes is constantly improving.

Despite their importance, barcodes have remained fairly plain and boring, that was until the invention of Barcode Art! You can see some nice art below and some more can be seen here.

It just goes to show that just about anything can be art. My favourite is the waterfall.
